Globis Mediation Group is a team of business psychologists specialising in employee and industrial relations. For the last 15 years, we have been at the cutting edge of developments in the world of workplace and employment mediation. We have been asked to intervene in many of the highest profile and entrenched 1:1, team and organisational disputes in the UK. Our clients increasingly turn to us for organisation development solutions that stem the flow of ongoing conflict. Our work is both preventative and remedial. We have a growing reputation for being able to diagnose some of the most complex organisational issues and we want to add to our small but highly specialised team.
We help teams to:
Work out codes of conduct and behaviour that will improve relationships
Agree and work towards a team purpose, goals and values
Build psychological capital to work effectively with internal and external demands
Help identify and work through blind spots for individuals and teams to build strengths and focus on development areas
We are looking for Occupational and Business Psychologists who have at least five years of post qualification experience to support our organisation diagnosis practice. We work with large organisations and enjoy client relationships that have lasted many years. Ideally, you will have senior level cross sector experience, and we are particularly keen to hear from those with health sector exposure. You will be viewed as credible and should be already able to comfortably handle board level discussions and advise accordingly.
What you’ll do
Lead the process for diagnosing organisational issues within various teams
Facilitate 1:1 and team discussions to help identify issues
Use psychometric tools where appropriate to help with awareness (we use Lumina Spark)
Write comprehensive detailed assessments with recommendations for clients
Offer post assessment advice
Support with behavioural coaching where required
Lead on the implementation of recommendations where appropriate
Deliver verbal feedback where required
