On 15th March 2018 one hundred women gathered at the House of Lords for the 6th Clive Lewis Women in Leadership lunch. The recent focus on the passing of 100 years since women were given the right to vote made it a fitting year to have one hundred Executive Women attend the event. The annual lunch was started by Clive Lewis OBE DL, Chief Executive of Globis Mediation Group in 2012. It was launched to create a platform for female executives in response to the Davies Review which was first introduced in 2010 to examine the under representation of women on Boards.
The Association for Business Psychology was formed in 2000 with the sole purpose of championing business psychology. The association is very much the voice of business psychology in the UK and promotes the development of its members. Each year the association hosts a flagship conference recognising the practical application of business psychology in the workplace and offering a meeting of minds.
