The total cost of bullying for organisations in the UK can be estimated at approximately £13.75billion.Workplace bullying not only affects the target of the bullying, but also those that witness it. With workplace bullying increasingly on the agenda, mounting attention is being paid to the impact of workplace bullying on individuals, organisations and wider society.
