Our open training courses are also available to be delivered In-house. Our inhouse training pricing is very simple to follow.

Our courses are designed to meet the learning needs of today's organisations. We use our experience of the workplace to deliver training courses that give participants a high opportunity to transfer their new skills back to the workplace.

 

We are the only accredited UK workplace mediation skills training provider with a former HR director as founder and managing director. Clive Lewis, supported by an excellent team of facilitators, remains the lead trainer for our flagship mediation training courses and gives first hand experience of how mediation skills can be used to add value in places of work.

We host a series of events designed for the busy executive who would like to hear more about how to improve relationships at work, workplace mediation, Coaching, managing change, and other hot topics. Our events are usually breakfast sessions, early evening, or web based lunch time sessions. They are great learning opportunities. Please join us when you can!
