How to Handle Team Meetings

Organisations are having more and more internal and external meetings. Recent research indicates that having too many or ineffective meetings may have a negative effect on an individual. A scientist, in a series of reports during the 1990's, found evidence that annoying episodes such as poor meetings contribute to burnout, anxiety, depression, and other negative emotions. Reputations and career progression can also be damaged as a result of a 'poor performance' in a team meeting.
