How to Learn from Difficult Behaviours

Difficult behaviour can often have a big impact on team members who feel uncomfortable seeing what they see, but don't know what to do about it. An impact can also be seen as team members unwittingly begin to mirror some of the difficult behaviour they see, believing that as the behaviour is not dealt with, it's okay to act in this way. This workshop provides skills in how to respond to difficult behaviours, including complaining, victimisation, anger, negativity, and others.
