ILM Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors




Context

 

On completion of the Level 7 Certificate candidates can progress to the ILM Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors. This requires completion of an additional unit, ‘Undertaking an extended period of supervised mentoring or executive coaching’.

Candidates will take around 125 hours to plan, organise and evaluate an extended period of coaching or mentoring. This is particularly suitable for those wishing to move into a development role in their organisations or to freelance as an executive coach or leadership mentor.
