Context

With practical skills at its heart, this Globis course has been designed to allow delegates to transfer their training back to their workplaces to make a real difference. This course is designed to enable delegates to develop their understanding of this level of coaching and mentoring and to develop the necessary skills to enhance their coaching performance.

• Senior HR/OD/L&D professionals who want to develop their expertise and credibility within coaching and/or mentoring

This course has been developed to ensure that delegates have the best learning experience in the most efficient use of time.

• 7 days of tutor led workshops:
• 1 – Building a coaching relationship (3 days)
• 2 – Coaching in context (2 days)
• 3 – The coaching journey (2 days)
• Minimum 12 hours practical coaching
• Work based assignment
• Minimum 2 hours of tutorials
