Context

With practical skills at its heart, this Globis course has been designed to allow delegates to transfer their training back to their workplaces to make a real difference. This certificate will provide practising managers with knowledge, skills and confidence to enhance their coaching and mentoring skills in the workplace.

• 6 days of tutor led workshops:
• 1 – Core skills of coaching (2 days)
• 2 – Building a coaching relationship (2 days)
• 3 – The coaching journey (2 days)
• Minimum 12 hours practical coaching
• Work based assignment
• Minimum 2 hours of tutorials
