Context

With practical skills at its heart, this Globis course has been designed to allow delegates to transfer their training back to their workplaces to make a real difference. This award will provide practising and potential team leaders and first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform successfully as workplace coaches.

Programme Summary

This course has been developed to ensure that delegates have the best learning experience in the most efficient use of time.

• 4 days of tutor led workshops:
• 1 – Foundation in coaching skills (2 days)
• 2 – Application of coaching (2 days)
• Minimum 6 hours practical coaching
• Work based assignment
• Minimum 2 hours of tutorials
