These are the types of senior leaders who come to us. A typical series of coaching sessions could consist of approximately 6 coaching sessions over 6 - 12 months. A free introductory meeting begins the process where you and the coach get to know each other and decide if you could work well together. There is no obligation to continue unless you are completely satisfied.
Our fees depend on the coach provided or selected but would typically cost £600 per session. Rates for multiple coach arrangements are negotiable.
