Speaker Profile – Sean Nesbit
Sean is Head of Taylor Wessing's Employment and Pensions group and supervises its immigration work.
He deals with all aspects of employment work, including executive employment and termination, commercial transactions and business transfers, often with an international element.

He has extensive experience of employment law in the context of commercial transactions, including outsourcings and international reorganisations.  He advises on collective redundancies and consultation, as well as individual employment disputes (particularly with an international context or complex benefits issues). He is recognised by Legal 500, Chambers and New City Media as an expert in the employment field and has written the chapter on Transfers of Undertakings in Sweet & Maxwell's Encyclopaedia of Employment Law.
