Jack FallowProfessor Jack Fallow - Director
 

Jack Fallow was formerly a director in one of the UK's largest utilities in three different functions - human resources, operations and service engineering. He was founder and chairman of GasForce Ltd, an employee owned business. His special focus areas include mediation, leadership, executive mentoring and coaching. He also has a particular interest in complexity theory and how it contributes to understanding organisations, their structure and values. He is the founder of the Magna Carter Institute. Jack is also a Trustee of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Jack was made a professor of Brunel University in 2009.
 

Clive Lewis OBE - Director


Clive Lewis is a leading dispute resolution specialist and founding director of the Globis Mediation Group. He is an accredited commercial mediator specialising in helping to solve complex one on one, team, organisational, multi-party and collective disputes. He is the author of 'The Definitive Guide to Workplace Mediation', 'Resolving Conflict at Work: 12 Stories' and 'Difficult Conversations'. His fourth book is due to be published later in 2011. He serves as Honorary Secretary on the board of the Civil Mediation Council. The Council acts as an advisory organisation to Government on issues relating to the progression of mediation in England and Wales. Clive also chairs the council’s workplace committee. His work has taken him across three continents and has included advising Governments outside the UK. In addition to his day job, he is also a non-executive director at an NHS Foundation Trust, a Trustee and Board Member of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, another small charity, and Chair of the Open College Network, South West. During 2006-2009, his commitment to charity work led to him being appointed as Chair of a Government appointed independent panel exploring the rising costs of youth underachievement. The Government accepted four of the five recommendations from the report. He was awarded an OBE for Public Service in the Queen's Birthday Honours List of 2011.

  
Nigel TillottNigel Tillott - Mediator and Mediation Trainer


Nigel is on the Globis panel of mediators and also delivers mediation training to some of the hundreds of delegates that attend Globis mediation training courses every year. Nigel is a solicitor and has specialised in employment disputes, professional negligence, contractual claims and other forms of commercial litigation. In over a decade of mediating he has built up extensive experience of resolving difficult cases in areas such as sexual harassment, disability discrimination, race discrimination and breach of contract.

 

John Kirwan - Mediator and Mediation Trainer
 

John has over twenty years professional experience in human resource and career management, working with diverse stakeholders at different levels in organisations. He has significant experience in both higher education and local government. A Fellow of the CIPD, qualified workplace mediator and careers guidance practitioner, John also uses a range of coaching and psychometric tools to aid people’s development and transition (MBTI, FIRO-B, 16PF). A skilled facilitator, John has a passion for developing people and resolving conflict.


 

Tracey Faraday-Drake - Mediator and Mediation Trainer
 

Tracey Faraday-Drake is Fellow of the CIPM, a Member of the International Coaching Federation and an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (mediation). Tracey undertakes both Employment and Civil/Commercial Mediations. Tracey brings a flair for to her mediation. With her extensive experience negotiating, chairing and facilitating she has the ability to hold even the most difficult situations with positive energy and insightful knowledge. She has substantial experience in Human Resource Management with a particular interest in Employment Relations. 
 

 

Will DavisWill Davis - Training Consultant


Will Davis has worked within Social Care, Education and Mental Health environments for over 18 years. Over the years Will has developed a style and approach that keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the training. Within groupwork Will uses a different dimension to the learning experience with the use of portrait photography and that moment captured to embedded positive change. Will has gained a reputation as a passionate trainer/facilitator ensuring that delegates on any of his training courses are given an insight of reality to enabling them to ‘think, feel and do’.


Jim Borritt - Training Consultant & Coach
 

Jim has operated as a coach, client-centred consultant and manager for 30 years providing support and challenge to managers and professionals of all levels, on both a 1 to 1 and team basis. He has provided coaching and consultancy in the following sectors: FTSE 100 businesses, Education, Local Authorities, Health, and with Charity and Small/Medium sized Enterprises. The focus of Jim's work is to enable the learning and development of others. His approach is coachee/client centred, using support and challenge to increase individual self-awareness, personal resourcefulness and individual responsibility in areas of performance and development. Jim also facilitates the development of coaches and coaching skills by facilitating accredited programmes for coaches and mentors. A Fellow of the CIPD, he is qualified and experienced in the application of a range of psychometrics in the development of teams and individuals
 
Emily HutchinsonEmily Hutchinson - Training Consultant & Coach


Emily is a Coach and Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 10 years experience of working with organisations to help improve performance. She has worked with a wide range of industries (including retail, IT, construction, and nuclear), and works at both the organisational level and with individuals to help them to work better. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the British Psychological Society's Special Group in Coaching Psychology.


Teresa Heys - Health and Wellbeing Consultant  


Teresa Heys has been working in stress and wellbeing management since 2005, in schools and local authority directorates. Her work with schools has been recognised by the Health and Safety Executive as an example of best practice and she has forged close links with the Health and Safety Executive stress policy group. She is a trained IOSH stress management trainer, has a Diploma in Stress Management from the Centre for Stress Management (London). She is a member of the International Stress Management Association, a member of the Institute of Health Promotion and Education and a member of the Institute for Learning.
 
 
Jill FaulknerJill Faulkner - Organisation Development Consultant
 

Jill is a Human Resource and organisation development specialist with vast experience from working with people at all levels of organisations, from managerial to clinical personnel. Currently, Jill is working as a project manager providing support for Local Authorities to help them to meet the Skills Challenge. She is also working with another organisation to provide a program of personal skills development including areas such as assertiveness, bullying and harassment, appraisal and presentation skills.

 
Linda HollandLinda Holland - Organisation Development Consultant
 

Linda is a Human Resource professional experienced as a senior manager and a change agent. With over 10 years experience in the HR function, Linda has had roles such as HR manager, OD/HR Business Partner, corporate organisation development manager and head of organisation development. Linda is also an accredited coach. She has worked in both the private and public sectors and for non-for-profit organisations. Linda is also a member of the CIPD.
 
 
Sue Wotruba Sue Wotruba - Organisation Development Consultant
 

Sue spent over 12 years in a range of senior HR roles within the IT industry before moving into consultancy 10 years ago. She is an organisational development specialist, working with people at all levels in order to help them manage change and build organisational capability. She has considerable experience in supporting organisations through business process outsourcing and developing HR functional capability. She is a PRINCE2 project manager, a BPS qualified assessor and an experienced coach and facilitator. Sue has worked in both the private and public sectors. Sue is a fellow of the CIPD.

 
Alyson MalachAlyson Malach - Equality and Diversity Specialist
 

Alyson specialises in equality and diversity management, particularly focusing on training and HR equality legislation in the private, public and voluntary sectors. She has had 20 years experience of senior and executive management. Her experience of HR, equality legislation and professional development was gained in the education, employment and public sectors. Alyson has recently completed an MBA in Human Resources Development and Management. Alyson is an experienced consultant, trainer and facilitator with a twenty-year record of accomplishment of catalysing change for diversity and management development.

 
Philomena McQuinn - Mediation Advisor and Office Manager
 

Philomena joined the Globis team in February 2011 as PA to the directors and office manager. She also deals with all of the mediation administration and event management/room bookings for the Globis Learning and Mediation Centre. Philomena has a training background but more recently has spent time as an events/office manager in the hospitality industry.



 
 
Helen RobinsonHelen Robinson - Training and Development Manager 
 

Helen joined Globis Mediation Group following 7 years experience within the recruitment sector. Helen started her career as a technical consultant specialising in recruiting for the engineering sector, then moved on to be a senior consultant focusing on the commercial market. Helen holds a BA(Hons) in Linguistics and Sociology, and an MSc in Management. As training and development manager, Helen manages Globis Webinars and all training and coaching courses.
